U2 Flyaway Prize Package
Official Rules

1. Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber are not eligible. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Certain restrictions may apply.
2. Sweepstakes start on April 20, 2005 and end on October 7, 2005. To enter, complete the official entry form available online on the following websites:

3. All entries must be received by October 7, 2005 at 11:59pm ET. Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on Friday, October 7, 2005 at 12:00pm at The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's offices at 300 Carew Tower, 441 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. Winner does not need to be present to win.
4. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber whose decisions are final. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
5. One grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to the U2 concert at Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday, November 19, 2005.
6. Prize package includes round-trip airfare for two (coach class) on Delta Airlines from Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Airport to Atlanta Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport and one double occupancy standard hotel room and tax at Hyatt Regency Hotel in Atlanta for two nights (Friday, November 18 and Saturday, November 19, 2005). Winner must present credit card at the Hyatt Regency Hotel upon check-in for all expenses over and above room and tax. Grand Prize does NOT include ground transportation, meals and spending cash in Cincinnati, Atlanta and any connecting city. No substitution for prize. Prize is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
7. Winner may be required to complete Affidavit f Eligibility and produce identification to be awarded Grand Prize. If any winner fails to do so, cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim a prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor reserved the right to award the prize to a newly drawn winner. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to Sponsor's use of winner's name, voice, or likeness, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Sponsor is not responsible for, and shall have no liability with respect to any problems or technical malfunctions of any computer on-line systems, servers or providers, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems or technical failures, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail for any reason, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Sponsor reserved the right to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website, or acting in violation of the Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes or the website is unlawful and subject to legal action.
9. By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, its shareholders, members, managers, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, attorneys, consultants, and agents, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns as well as its and participating sponsors from any and all claims, rights, demands, liabilities, actions or causes of action whatsoever, fixed or contingent, direct or derivative, arising out of or relating in any manner to the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of Grand Prize.
10. All federal, state and local laws and taxes shall apply, and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
